You can register your interest by uploading your C.V. and creating a profile on our recruitment platform which is accessed by Sirius and its contractors when jobs are available. This will enable you to select the types of vacancies that you are interested in so we can get in touch with you when anything suitable arises.

We will process your information in accordance with our Candidate Privacy Notice.
Your details will be passed to the hiring manager and our recruitment team will contact you if they would like to progress your application. If you have expressed an interest in a role that is not currently available, your information will be stored in our candidate database and we will contact you when a suitable role is advertised.
We endeavour to respond to all applicants shortlisted for interview within two weeks. If you have not heard from us within this time, please assume your application has been unsuccessful.
All of our roles are permanent unless otherwise specified on the job description.
Candidates do not need a visa before they apply. If you are succesful, Sirius Minerals will act as your sponsor and will support you throughout the visa process – financially, logistically and at every other step of the way
It will depend on the level and nature of the role in which you’re interested. If a degree or alternative qualification is a requirement, it will be stated in the job description.
Interviews are usually held at either our Resolution House office in Scarborough or our Woodsmith Mine site, near Whitby.
Depending on your role, we may need to contact two referees but we will ask for details of these during your interview
We find and recruit candidates directly. If we need to find candidates for specific roles, we work with an approved set of preferred suppliers.
We do not accept any speculative or unsolicited CVs or personal data from recruitment agencies, businesses or consultants which are not one of our preferred suppliers.
We pay agency, introduction or recruitment fees only if the agency, business or consultant is one of our preferred suppliers and we have a binding agreement in place and that agency, business or consultant has been previously instructed by our recruitment team.
We do not pay agency, introduction or recruitment fees when speculative and unsolicited CVs or personal data are submitted to us or any of our workers. If speculative and unsolicited CVs are submitted to us or any of our workers, we may contact these candidates directly and interview and recruit them without paying any agency, introduction or recruitment fees.
Submission of any speculative or unsolicited CVs or proposals to us will be deemed evidence of absolute and unconditional acceptance of the above terms.
