Web Developer / Administrator

The role

Sirius Minerals is seeking a web developer and administrator to maintain and develop company websites. Reporting into the head of IT, this role will join a fast paced and dynamic department that plays a vital role in the development of the Project.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and developing the company’s growing list of websites.
  • Maintain and develop internal systems.
  • Build bespoke web systems, both individually and with the wider team.
  • Fix bugs, issues and other challenges that can occur within the systems.

Skills, experience and attributes

  • Experience and/or knowledge of content management systems, in particular ProcessWire.
  • Good working knowledge of PHP, HTML and CSS.
  • Experience using Javascript, jQuery libraries and frameworks, MySQL databases and GIT.
  • Experience using webservers like Apache and Nginx.
  • Experience with working on Linux.
  • Knowledge of security best practices.
  • Application development experience would be an advantage.


Salary - competitive depending on experience
